In operation for nearly 20 years, Chaddock Fiduciary Services is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary. Holding status as one of California’s largest and most experienced fiduciary service companies, it serves clients as a court-appointed trustee, conservator, guardian, administrator, and executor. Based in Morgan Hill, California, Chaddock Fiduciary Services’ Chief Executive Officer, William Chaddock, leads a small staff which counsels clients throughout 10 counties in both northern and southern California.
Prior to founding his company, William Chaddock spent over 10 years working as a manager of several large California bank branches. He was also a member of a San Diego County special district board of directors. During his membership, he served as a representative for the California Association of Sanitation Agency’s legislative committee.
Valuing education along with career achievements, he earned a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from National University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at United States International University, now known as Alliant International University. In keeping with his responsibilities at Chaddock Fiduciary Services, he is licensed with the California Professional Fiduciaries Bureau and attends seminars presented by the Professional Fiduciary Association of California.
Managing more than $20 million in total assets, Chaddock Fiduciary Services specializes in funding trusts and investing trust assets. In all its services, the company complies with the Prudent Investor Rule, which applies to the decision-making process a fiduciary goes through. Complying with the rule entails a fiduciary using all available knowledge to make investment decisions that are not excessively risky, to meet the needs of the trust’s beneficiaries, and to take steps to preserve assets.
